I was on a night out with some friends last night and a girl came over and asked me to take a photo of her and her friends, obviously being such a nice guy, I took a couple of photos for them (yes, yes they were all very attractive...) and jokingly said 'there you go, a photo by a real photographer' which seemed to spark their interest and I got chatting with one of them as she had recently bought a DSLR and was interested in photography. Anyway I showed her my Deviant Art page on my phone which she was quite impressed with and proceeded to show her friend, who then said 'You haven't taken those, pictures like that come on the phone when you buy it'. I pointed out it was on a website but she still wouldn't believe they were my photos. I was slightly annoyed that she thought I would bother to lie about it, but more than anything I was quite flattered that she thought they were good enough to be used in that way.

I think what I'm saying is, it's one of the best compliments I've ever received even though she was doubting my honesty and questioning my character in general! haha
